Danish Island Harvest, 1928, Peder Mønsted — Art Postcard

A late-career harvest, dated 1928 — golden grain sheaves set out across a rolling Danish island landscape, chickens roaming between them, distant farms with thin smoke rising under a wide, low-clouded sky. Mønsted's harvest pieces from this period are among his most spacious, the patchwork of fields giving the scene a generous, open horizon.

The 10×15 cm card on 350 g/m² stock keeps the warm gold-against-grey palette of the original intact. A natural choice for autumn postcrossing or for a Mønsted collection focused on his rural Danish work in the late 1920s.
