Delivery methods:
1) Ukrposhta delivery
2) Nova Poshta delivery
Delivery to the nearest branch, parcel locker, or by Nova Poshta courier.
The delivery cost is based on Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta rates and is paid upon receipt of the order.

International delivery:
Ukrposhta is a member of the Universal Postal Union and cooperates with 192 national postal operators.
This is an opportunity for you to receive a parcel at 660 thousand post offices in more than 230 countries and territories of the world.

Sending orders worldwide.
Mail delivery is by registered parcel with a tracking number.
Shipping cost is calculated based on Ukrposhta tariffs and added to the order value.
Delivery time is on average 2-3 weeks, depending on the distance of the recipient and postal service speed.

For Ukrposhta delivery:
Depending on the rules of your post office, 3-5 days after the order is shipped, or 2-3 weeks for international shipments, you will receive a notification that a parcel is waiting for you. You need to pick it up at your branch by presenting your passport. Delivery is made against signature.
Or the postal worker will bring the parcel to your home. Delivery is made against signature.
You can track the location of the parcel by the shipment number on the Ukrposhta website. We send the number to your email on the day the order is shipped.
Please use this feature, because postal workers sometimes forget to bring notices or bring them late.
For Nova Poshta delivery (Ukraine, Poland, and Moldova only):
One or two days after the order is shipped, you will receive an SMS from Nova Poshta that your order has arrived at the branch and can be picked up.
Use the tracking function on the Nova Poshta website by the TTN number. We send the TTN number to your email on the day the order is shipped.
The sender is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the quality of carrier services (Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta). Please be attentive and track your parcels. Tracking codes are ALWAYS sent to the email address specified in the order. If you did not provide an email address, you risk not receiving this information.
According to Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, printed publications of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return.
