International delivery services may be provided by the following carriers:

b. The seller undertakes to send the customer's packed parcel using the courier or postal service selected by the customer when placing the order.

c. Delivery is paid separately from the cost of the goods. The final delivery cost is specified after the customer places the order. After the parcel has been packed, the seller does not open the parcel or change the goods.

d. From the moment the customer's goods are handed over to the postal service or carrier, the seller's delivery-related services are considered fully completed.

e. Delivery times listed on the Zolota Ptakha website are approximate. The seller is not responsible for the actions of state postal services, courier services, or transport companies and cannot affect the speed of delivery to the customer.

f. If a parcel is delayed, the seller submits a search request through the postal service of the sending country or the relevant carrier. If insured circumstances occur, such as damage, loss in transit, or shortage, the seller submits a claim to the appropriate authority for insurance compensation. After receiving an insurance payment, the seller transfers the funds to the customer's account.
