User agreement
This user agreement regulates the operation of the site and defines the terms on which users may use the content, materials, and services of this site (the Site). This agreement is a public offer under Ukrainian law. By accessing the content, materials, or services, or by submitting data through forms on the Site, the user is deemed to have joined this agreement.

1.5. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement are resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
1.6. All data posted or placed on this Site is stored on resources located in Ukraine.
2. Obligations
2.1. The user agrees not to take actions that may violate Ukrainian law, international law, copyright, intellectual property rights, or actions that may disrupt normal operation of the Site and its services.
2.2. Use of Site materials without permission from the rights holder is not allowed. Lawful use of materials requires the consent of the Site administrator or the rights holder.
2.3. When using Site materials, including protected works, a link to the Site is required.
2.4. Where technically available, the user may leave comments and other posts on the Site. The user agrees that such comments or posts must not violate Ukrainian law, must not be extremist, and must not violate generally accepted standards of morality.
2.5. The Site administration is not liable for any losses or damages related to Site content, goods or services available on the Site, external sites or resources, or other contacts made by the user through information or links posted on the Site.
2.6. The user accepts that Site materials and services, or any part of them, may include advertising. The Site administration is not liable and has no obligations in connection with such advertising.
2.7. By using the Site, the user confirms that they have read and unconditionally accepted all provisions of this agreement.
3. Security
3.1. Data protection is carried out using physical, technical, and administrative measures aimed at preventing loss, misuse, unauthorized access, confidentiality breaches, and data changes.
3.2. Security measures include firewall protection and data encryption, physical access controls for data processing centers, and access authorization controls.
3.3. Although transmitting information over the Internet is never completely secure, we make reasonable efforts to protect your personal data.
4. Personal data
4.1. The Site takes reasonable measures to protect users' personal data and respects the rights of personal data subjects under applicable Ukrainian law.
4.2. Placing an order on the Site and providing personal data to the Site administration, including through any forms on the Site, means consent to the processing of such data for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
4.3. Personal data is processed to fulfill the agreement or the user's order, exclusively in Ukraine and in compliance with applicable Ukrainian law. Consent is granted for the period necessary to fulfill the agreement. If consent is withdrawn, the user must notify the Site administration in writing or by email. After receiving such notice, services to the user will be discontinued.
4.4. Users' personal data is not transferred to third parties except where directly provided by this agreement or required by law.
