Yellow Hat and Green Scarf — Charles Courtney Curran Postcard

A red-haired woman tilts her wide yellow straw hat, crowned with small blossoms, toward the light while a sheer green scarf catches the breeze in her hands. Charles Courtney Curran builds the whole card around that one flash of translucent green against pale petunias and garden shade, with a long strand of blue beads trailing to her waist. A bright pick for anyone who collects Curran's garden scenes or simply likes a splash of unexpected color in the mail.
